Jinen Adenwala, CEM

President

Jinen Adenwala brings over 20 years of engineering and senior leadership experience to the area of Energy Information Management. He began his career as a Research Associate with NASA and went on the hold senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies. He has served as a Center of Excellence Leader with responsibilities in global life management and enterprise architecture. Mr. Adenwala established CVAL Innovations in 2009 with the goal of reducing the energy waste and carbon footprints of commercial, institutional, industrial and government consumers. Under his leadership and professional guidance, CVAL has consistently helped its clients efficiently utilize their energy, reduce their carbon footprint and significantly lower expenses. He holds a Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Poona. He has been trained as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

Michael Lovejoy, PE

Senior Project Engineer

Michael Lovejoy offers 20 years of education and work experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Design. His extensive career began in June of 2000, as a "mechanical engineer in training" internship with Searles Valley Minerals, in California. He remained on the West Coast for much of his career, gaining valuable experience in roles as a Project Manager, Design Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in New and Retrofit HVAC Systems. As Owner and a Principal Engineer of Helix Energy Partners, LLC, Mr. Lovejoy managed the design and construction of several multi-million-dollar projects. He joined the CVAL in 2022 and is currently the company's Senior Engineer . Mr. Lovejoy received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. While attending OSU, he was active in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps and part The Formula One Racing Team.

Ramy Mousa

Director of Business Development

Ramy Mousa is a Certified Licensed HVAC Contractor and CVAL's Director of Business Development. With more than 15 years of experience working in the heating and air industry, his technical skills and knowledge of the installation, service and repairs of HVAC Systems has made him a sought-after consultant for project recommendations in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Mousa's projects include the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, Comprehensive Retrofit in Killeen, Texas and the Gould Academy, VRF Retrofit Design and Support, in Bethel, Minnesota and is currently overseeing the Sheraton Gunter Hôtel Retrofit in San Antonio, Texas.

Jigna Adenwala

Chief Financial Officer / Controller

Jigna Adenwala has over 15 years of business management, human resources, and financial leadership experience. As Chief Financial Officer and Controller for CVAL, she provides key support and oversight to the company, administering a diverse set of accounting and operational functions that better serve our clients. Prior to joining CVAL Innovations, she served as Controller for a $1.2 billion engineering and energy consulting services company. During her tenure, she streamlined accounting functions, established budgeting policies, and implemented procedures for capturing invoicing errors, increasing company revenues by 30%. Ms. Adenwala holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
